These terms explain the rules for using the Cocles Steak House website. By using it, you accept them.
Menu and prices
The menu on this site is for information. Prices are in Costa Rican colones and are final: dine-in prices include 13% VAT and the 10% service charge; takeaway prices include VAT (no service charge). The dollar amount is for reference: you are charged at the Central Bank of Costa Rica's reference selling rate of the day. Prices, dishes and availability may change without notice: the price that applies is the one the restaurant gives you when you order and the one on your invoice.
Photos marked “Illustrative image” are not of the dish you will be served; the actual presentation may vary.
Allergies and diet
If you have an allergy or a dietary restriction, tell our staff before you order. The menu does not replace that conversation, and the kitchen handles ingredients that may cause allergies.
Bookings
A booking is made when you receive the confirmation. It depends on availability and on the rules the site shows when you book (party size, how far ahead, and until when you can cancel). You can view it with the link in your confirmation and, if those rules allow it, cancel it there. For large groups, contact us.
Orders
A WhatsApp order is firm once the restaurant confirms it. Table orders are confirmed by our staff. Payment is made at the restaurant: this site does not charge you or store card details.
Site content
The name, logo, texts and photos on this site belong to Patrick Town Sociedad Anónima or to their authors, and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Links to other services
The site links to Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp and social media. Those services have their own rules and the restaurant is not responsible for them.
Availability
We try to keep the site running at all times, but it may have outages or errors. If in doubt about a price, opening hours or a booking, what the restaurant confirms is what applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Nothing here limits your rights under Costa Rica's consumer protection law (Law 7472).
